More men die of cancer than women

New research published in the journal Nature Medicine ‘has proved possible to multiply in the lab, before injecting, so that the transplant will work.

As in the traditional bone marrow transplant, stem cells from a compatible donor umbilical cord are used to regenerate the bone marrow of patients with leukemia and other haematological malignancies.
