Arthritis
Both diseases attack the joints, and are very common in older adults.
Osteoarthritis is a chronic disease is a progressive degeneration of cartilage and ends up destroying it, causing pain and stiffness. The edge of the bone becomes denser, forming what is known as “parrot beaks.”
Arthritis is the inflammation of several joints, with pain, stiffness and limited motion.
Furthermore, a number of diseases related to the above, including rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, gout, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, and so on.

Fruits such as apple, banana, melon, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, avocados, nuts for its richness in vit. E, selenium and calcium, and cereal inntegrales for its high vitamin and minerals.
FOOD discourage-saturated animal fats and lean meats, whole milk and its derivatives, wheat, corn, peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes.
The very rich in oxalates are then deposited in the joints, such as spinach and beets.
