Jord and Chris’ Blog – A Blog with Helpful Information

Monday, February 6th, 2012

I’m a fan of jord and chris’ blog, two guys who log with killer posts and videos that are very helpful to those of us with short term fitness goals. I was so tired of blogs that tried to cover everything fitness, making every workout and diet sound so easy.  They’re not, and if people make workouts look too easy, it seems fake.

Jord and chris’ blog is about two real guys who get sore from working out and cheat on their diet.  Finally. So tired of all the fitness fanatics blogging who somehow feel they have a responsibility to up hold a higher standard of personal fitness and willpower. It’s great that some people are so dedicated but I’m not. I want to read about how real people who occasionally stop at KFC or have real cookies with sugar manage to stay on track. Something more like my life.

You’ll find several interesting posts on jord and chris’ blog, with articles on muscle growth and dietary notes. Who’s Chris and who’s Jord provide enough info so you really feel like there is real people behind this blog. Fortunately, the blog isn’t cluttered with links to fitness equipment and protein shakes. It’s simply a blog about getting in shape, not selling anything. Check it out if you’re interested in fitness.

* Cool down: The objective is to move from the activation phase of calm in a progressive manner.
* Stretching and relaxation: Aided by the music (which students must identify as relaxation music) urge students to relax all the muscles also making a final stretch.

water aerobics water aerobics routines can distinguish periods in which there is contact with the floor of the pool as in the case of different varieties of hops (with feet together, legs crossed …) years in which no contact with the ground but there is displacement in water (running, strokes …) and floating static exercises (with table, no table …)

The aqua has very beneficial effects on the body, so practice is increasingly widespread. The benefits can include:

* Promotes correct posture (hydrostatic pressure)
