Monday, February 6th, 2012I’m a fan of jord and chris’ blog, two guys who log with killer posts and videos that are very helpful to those of us with short term fitness goals. I was so tired of blogs that tried to cover everything fitness, making every workout and diet sound so easy. They’re not, and if people make workouts look too easy, it seems fake.
Jord and chris’ blog is about two real guys who get sore from working out and cheat on their diet. Finally. So tired of all the fitness fanatics blogging who somehow feel they have a responsibility to up hold a higher standard of personal fitness and willpower. It’s great that some people are so dedicated but I’m not. I want to read about how real people who occasionally stop at KFC or have real cookies with sugar manage to stay on track. Something more like my life.
