Worrying about personal hygiene has nothing wrong, at least nothing pathological, it is even necessary. However the problem comes when it becomes obsessive, like the halitofobia. And many people, in most cases for fear of social rejection, the person who suffers constantly need to make sure that does not suffer from bad breath.
